Rebecca has dedicated over two decades to the field of wellness, driven by her passion for helping people thrive.
Her work has spanned from consumer-focused writing, including contributions to health newsletters and cookbooks, to highly technical projects working in nutrition epidemiology, nutrient analysis, and FDA compliant labeling for supplement brands. She has also helped develop nutritional products and empowered sales teams with expert training.
Rebecca began her career with dual degrees in Biology and Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and is a credentialed Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist.
More recently, Rebecca embraced a role as an emotional eating coach, podcast host, course creator, and Amazon bestselling author.
Now, Rebecca has channeled her expertise and life philosophy into Wellbody Wellbeing, a lifestyle brand designed for professional women who are ready to leave behind the chaos of stressful living and step into a life of serene luxury through true self-care.
The brand’s mission is to inspire and guide you to savor life, nourish yourself well, and find beauty in the simplicity of mindful living while achieving your dreams.
